Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Clinical Intervention - Pharmacy Technician in Louisville, KY for a full-time role. Hours are typically M-F with shifts around 8:00am-4:30pm EST or 10:00am-6:30pm EST and 11:30am-8:00pm EST.

Starting salary is $23.00 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before December 31, 2026. The role supports nurses, pharmacists and other staff to ensure adverse event reporting and product complaints are handled daily.

  • Pharmacy knowledge and terminology incl. sig codes and Roman numerals.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist nurses, pharmacists, technicians, supervisors and managers in daily workflow to ensure reporting of adverse events and product complaints.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed daily.
  • Review adverse drug reactions and reporting procedures.
  • Contribute to compliance with Pharmacovigilance programs.

We are looking for a Clinical Intervention - Pharmacy Technician at our Specialty pharmacy in Louisville, KY. The Clinical Intervention Technician will assist nurses, pharmacists, technicians, supervisors, and managers in daily workflow to ensure appropriate reporting of adverse events and product complaints. They will ensure all assigned tasks are completed daily.

Starting salary at $23.00 hourly and up.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before December 31, 2026

  • Reports adverse drug reactions that occur within the facility’s population within 24 hours of notification.
  • Adheres to all reporting procedures outlined in the GSI documents and Adverse Events Reporting Guidelines.
  • Appropriately assesses adverse drug reactions to determine proper reporting through manufacturer specific forms and MedWatch forms.
  • Assists with reconciliation related activities for compliance with manufacturer Pharmacovigilance programs.
  • Reviews progress notes and patient profiles to identify appropriate information required to complete comprehensive adverse drug reaction reports.
  • Completes manufacturer training within designated time frames.
  • Performs activities related to the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal laws and REMS programs.
  • Follows procedures, rules, regulations and compliance with professional practice and patient confidentiality laws.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and other duties as assigned.
Clinical Intervention - Pharmacy Technician Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge, knowledge of pharmacy terminology including sig codes, and Roman numerals, brand/generic names of medication, basic math and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently, work efficiently to meet deadlines
Required education:
  • High school or equivalent
Required experience:
  • Required: 1+ years pharmacy experience
  • Desired: 3+ years pharmacy experience
Required license or certification:
  • Desired: Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB), specialty pharmacy experience
