Job summary

Tides Family Services is seeking a Clinical Intern to provide in-home and community supports within a school setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment goals, provide resources, and perform routine assessments to support youth and families.

Responsibilities include crisis counseling, building community partnerships, and ensuring data integrity across reporting systems. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s level in progress preferred, and a valid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's level progress is expected.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Bilingual ability is preferred (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Creole).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community strengths-based support to clients and families.
• Collaborate with teams of caseworkers, behavioral assistants, and clinicians to develop goals and provide resources.
• Maintain crisis and trauma counseling and other services to ensure client and family safety.
• Build collaborations with community partners to increase access to services.
• Ensure quality service metrics through data entry, reporting, and analysis.
