Job summary

Tides Family Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive support to youth and families in community, home, and school settings. This Caseworker role supports the Outreach and Tracking Program, with rotating shifts to meet client needs and supervision to plan schedules.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance school attendance and family functioning, while delivering counseling and advocacy services in home and community contexts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and registered/inspected vehicle required.
• Bilingual abilities preferred: Spanish, Portuguese, Creole.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community strengths-based support to clients and families.
• Collaborate with an integrated team to develop treatment goals and provide resources.
• Provide counseling and other services to help ensure client and family safety.
• Build partnerships with community providers to increase access to services.
• Serve as liaison between the program, community and neighbors to build partnerships.
• Complete clinical documentation in the Agency's Electronic Health Record.
