Job summary

Premise Health invites applications for a Full Time Clinical Injury Prevention Specialist in Jackson, TN. You will provide care to client employees at our Health Center, with a Tue-Fri 1-11:30pm schedule and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

This role emphasizes injury prevention, ergonomics, and collaboration with on-site teams. Qualified candidates hold athletic training credentials (BOC), current licensure/certifications, and ergonomic or life-support certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program.
• Current BOC Athletic Trainer certification.
• BLS/CPR/ARC or equivalent life support certification; ACLS may be required by contract.
• Ergonomic Specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement early injury prevention program with musculoskeletal exams and OSHA-based first aid.
• Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and preventive strategies.
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to coordinate care and workplace countermeasures.
• Document assessments, recommendations, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Maintain patient health records to ensure up-to-date information.
• Participate in meetings and task forces.
• Other duties as assigned.
