Qualifications

• State licensure, certification, and registration in good standing, or ability to obtain it.
• CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to employment.
• Basic knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations is preferred.
• The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the entire assigned shift.
• Strong professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive injury prevention and first aid injury care.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and make recommendations.
• Coach manufacturing employees on posture and wellness.
• Collaborate with Safety and Medical Staff on risk assessments.
• Document and report key metrics to leadership.
