Job summary

Soliant Health is actively seeking two Clinical Infusion Pharmacists for direct-hire, on-site roles in Long Beach, CA. This full-time position offers Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedules with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent with active California pharmacist license.
• Experience with infusion therapy and sterile/non-sterile compounding.
• Background in infusion pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or hospital settings preferred.
• Knowledge of prior authorizations, reimbursement, and patient assistance programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify infusion and specialty prescriptions for accuracy.
• Perform clinical assessments to ensure correct dosing and patient monitoring.
• Prepare compounded sterile products following USP and regulations.
• Collaborate with prescribers and nurses to optimize therapy plans.
• Counsel patients on administration, side effects, and adherence.
• Coordinate treatment logistics and manage medication inventories.
• Document interventions and support safety and quality initiatives.
• Serve as a clinical resource in infusion specialties, especially neurology and oncology.
• Document in CareTend system for clinical workflow.
