Job summary

Soliant Health in Los Angeles, CA seeks two Clinical Infusion Pharmacists for direct hire, full-time, on-site roles. You will review prescriptions for infusion and specialty meds, perform clinical assessments, and prepare sterile products per USP and regulations while collaborating with care teams to optimize therapy plans.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent with an active, unrestricted CA license.
• Experience in infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, or hospital/clinical settings preferred.
• Proficiency in sterile and non-sterile compounding per USP/state/federal standards.
• Knowledge of insurance prior authorization, specialty medication reimbursement, and patient assistance programs is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety and quality care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Infusion specialty focus in neurology and oncology preferred.
• Familiarity with CareTend system advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for infusion and specialty medications.
• Perform clinical assessments for appropriate dosing and monitoring.
• Prepare and check compounded sterile products per standards.
• Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare teams on therapy plans.
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
• Coordinate treatment logistics and manage inventories.
• Document clinical interventions for quality and safety.
