Job Description

UT Health San Antonio will be implementing Epic Resolute Hospital Billing as we expand our ambulatory environment and open a Multispecialty and Research Hospital (MSRH) and Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC). We are seeking a Senior level analyst with experience in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing to participate in designing, implementing, testing, validating, and maintaining Epic software. Under minimal supervision, this role manages Epic Resolute Hospital Billing modules, collaborates with cross-application teams, and supports project and system initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, demonstrates strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Epic Resolute Hospital Billing modules, including Charge Master and Charge Router, for a multi-specialty research hospital setting.
• Develop and document workflows, system configurations, and procedures.
• Create and execute testing scripts, coordinate user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide tier-two support to end-users, investigate and resolve tickets, and liaise with vendors for system fixes.
• Serve as project lead and mentor for key initiatives, managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain compliance with Epic certification standards and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years Epic Resolute Hospital Billing experience).
• Deep knowledge of Epic Resolute Hospital Billing modules and software development lifecycle.
• Certifications in Resolute Hospital Billing/Claims preferred and must be maintained.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
