Job Summary: The Medical Records Clerk performs clerical and technical support for health information management under the supervision of the Medical Records Operations Manager. Maintains confidentiality of patient information and understands patient information management processes.

Education: High School diploma required; health information technology courses preferred. Prior experience in health information management is preferred.

Special Qualifications: Demonstrated ability in health information processes and excellent customer service skills.

Schedule: 24/48 hours part-time days; every other weekend.

Note: This position is a permanent replacement for a striking employee, classified as a 'regular' employee under the National Labor Relations Act, without termination solely due to strike replacement, unless required by law or settlement.
