Job summary

Pharmaron is seeking a Clinical Informatics Specialist to drive the ClinSpark study build by extracting protocol details and key data points for eCRFs. You will partner with the Clinical Applications Team to ensure alignment with study requirements and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include protocol evaluation, data element identification, and ongoing collaboration across departments to maintain accurate, IRB-compliant documentation and TMF readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in related field; 1 year CRC or 3 years clinical research experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GCDMP, ICH GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure protocol details and data points are captured for ClinSpark eCRFs.
• Coordinate with the Clinical Applications Team to implement protocol updates and maintain ClinSpark alignment.
• Perform quality checks of study data collection forms against the IRB-approved protocol and related documents.
• Maintain study plans, logs, and eCRFs for TMF filing.
• Communicate with Laboratory, Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, Medical Staff, Project Management, Biostatistics and Data Management during the study build.
