Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

As a Clinical Informaticist, you will be a critical bridge between clinical practice and product development.

• Hands-on experience with EHR systems, particularly Athena and/or Cerner.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to navigate between clinical and technical domains.
• Experience translating clinical workflows into product requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience setting up and managing EHR test environments for product validation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn product management skills, including writing user stories, mapping workflows, and defining product requirements.
• Proven ability to lead change, drive adoption, and advocate for clinical users in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically about how technology can improve patient care and operational efficiency.

• Clinical Informaticist to bridge the gap between nonclinical and clinical
• Micro apps (brand new products) within Cerner and Athena
• Testing products within EHR – work with product team and map workflows
• Create user stories and drive product design, testing and refining results
• Utilize Lucid Charts for diagrams, Jira, Confluence
