Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Medical Scribe to join Oak Street Health, supporting primary care providers with clinical documentation, in-room observation, and after-visit summaries. You will develop expertise in ICD-10 and CPT coding and contribute to population health data workflows.

Qualifications

• Advanced listening and communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new technical workflows.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Documenting patient encounters in a structured note with history, assessment, plan, and exam.
• Assigning CPT and ICD-10 codes and preparing After Visit Summaries.
• Supporting clinical documentation improvement and reviewing medical records.
• Placing orders and referrals and assisting the care team with documentation duties.
