Black River Health is seeking a Clinical Informatics RN to join our Information Technology team. This role bridges clinical care and technology, helping design, implement, and support clinical information systems to enhance patient care.

The position is full-time with a day shift, Monday–Friday. You will collaborate with clinical staff, IT professionals, providers, and leadership to ensure systems meet regulatory requirements and improve workflows.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN required.
Licensed as a registered nurse in Wisconsin.
3 years of clinical experience required (5 years preferred).
2 years of experience with clinical information systems required.
Strong computer, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsabilités

Work with project sponsor, project leader, and analyst during clinical system implementations.
Collect input from end users to validate clinical needs during implementation plans.
Proficient in operations of the clinical applications suite as systems are installed or upgraded.
Assess implications on clinical operations and processes when resolving departmental issues.
Participate in development and testing of application functions.
Train clinical staff, including providers, in proper use of clinical applications.
