Job summary

Covenant Health in Knoxville seeks an IT Informatics Liaison, IT Care Manager Support, to serve as the primary contact for providers and clinicians using Covenant networks and clinical applications.

Under supervision, the liaison will train users, coordinate education, and ensure productive use of applications, with emphasis on security, problem solving, and collaboration. This role also supports virtual health visits and device inventory management across facilities.

Qualifications

• Provides training and continuing education on clinical workflow applications, software, reports, and system capabilities.
• Understands clinical needs, workflow, and practices; analyzes workflows and suggests quality improvements.
• Maintains and troubleshoots clinical systems, coordinates solutions, and documents resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Trains providers and staff on clinical applications and workflow processes.
• Acts as liaison between users and IT/operations; communicates concerns to appropriate teams.
• Promotes security and adherence to procedures; supports virtual health visits and device inventory management.
