Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking a Senior Informatics Liaison to serve as the primary contact for providers and clinicians accessing Covenant networks and systems. The role focuses on ensuring clinicians have the tools and knowledge to use clinical applications effectively in both facility and virtual settings.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with experience in information systems and IT project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years Information Systems experience or five (5) years in a related functional area.
• Two (2) years of IT project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and educate clinicians on clinical workflow applications and related software, using prepared materials.
• Perform preventative maintenance on clinical access equipment and support testing for facility requirements.
• Provide hands-on support for complex technical inquiries and coordinate with other IT areas as needed.
• Document requests, incidents, and workflows; generate regular activity reports and track services.
• Maintain knowledge of products and act as a customer advocate with application development teams.
• Lead go-live activities, coordinate upgrades, and manage project resources to meet timelines.
