Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a healthcare or related field.
• Four years in a hospital/healthcare setting including one year supporting clinical information or EHR systems.
• Experience delivering presentations to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for RUHS' integrated clinical information system operations and coordinate information system activities for research at CEORC.
• Translate clinician requirements into specifications for clinical information systems and quality research.
• Assist in design, acquisition, and implementation of clinical informatics, including software validation, user acceptance testing, and go-live support.
• Assist in coordinating education and training for end-users of RUHS systems; develop curricula and training materials.
• Facilitate go-live readiness and communicate with user groups to ensure smooth implementation of new releases and EPIC workflows.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of integrated clinical information systems (EPIC, Behavioral Health EMR) and support data abstraction for research.
