The position emphasizes knowledge of nutrition informatics, development of training materials, and collaboration with clinical and IT teams to improve patient dining and NCC workflows.

Qualificações

• United States citizenship required; non-citizens only per VA policy
• RDN/RD credential required; non-credentialed candidates may be considered for temporary appointment
• ACEND accredited program experience and verification required for eligibility
• Education from US regionally accredited institution or foreign equivalent accepted

Responsabilidades

• Support Jefferson Barracks and John Cochran on-site as needed.
• Develop and implement food service technology within Nutrition and Food Service.
• Gains skills in VHA software to manage food operations and patient meals.
• Create and revise menus per VA guidelines and patient needs.
• Complete nutrient analyses and ensure diet guideline compliance.
• Lead or participate in menu committees and standardize recipes.
