Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst II to assist in operating and administering clinical information systems across a large multi-regional health system. The role involves incident, change and problem management following ITIL-like processes, collaborating with clinical and technical staff to enhance workflows and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience in lieu of degree, strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical information systems experience or equivalent preferred.
• Epic certification/accreditation preferred (may be required to certify within first 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical informatics to drive department goals and CHRISTUS Health strategy.
• Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain clinical applications and business processes.
• Provide end-user support for upgrades, releases, and new functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve medium to high complexity application issues.
• Communicate changes and downtime procedures to clinical end users.
