Job summary

Marana Health seeks a Clinical Informatics Analyst to bridge clinical operations and IT, optimizing EHR and clinical applications across Marana Health locations. You will analyze workflows, coordinate testing, develop training materials, and support adoption to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics or related field.
2 years of healthcare operations, clinical informatics, EHR optimization, workflow improvement, or healthcare technology experience.
Experience supporting ambulatory clinical workflows.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical processes.
Experience participating in EHR implementations or optimization projects.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Current Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

Analyze clinical and operational workflows to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, provider satisfaction, patient access, quality of care, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.
Coordinate assigned clinical informatics projects by supporting planning, testing, implementation, go-live activities, and post-implementation optimization.
Develop training materials, workflow documentation, standard operating procedures, and tip sheets, and provide classroom, virtual, one-on-one, and at-the-elbow education to providers and clinical staff.
Monitor provider adoption, workflow effectiveness, and operational performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to the Director of Clinical Informatics and Applications.
Develop operational reports and dashboards to support clinical, operational, quality, and performance improvement initiatives.
Build collaborative relationships with providers, operational leaders, Information Technology, and multidisciplinary teams while participating in committees and organizational initiatives.
