PCH is seeking a Clinical Informaticist to help transform healthcare data into meaningful insights that support operational, clinical, and strategic decision-making. This role combines strong SAS programming expertise with the ability to interpret, visualize, and communicate data findings to stakeholders across the organization. Unlike traditional data-focused analytics positions, this role is centered on understanding what the data means and how it can be utilized to improve decision-making. The Clinical Informaticist will analyze complex healthcare datasets, identify trends and opportunities, develop visualizations and reports, and communicate results to leadership and business partners. The ideal candidate possesses both technical and business-facing strengths, allowing them to bridge the gap between data analysis and actionable healthcare insights. While strong SAS programming skills remain essential, this role places a greater emphasis on interpretation, reporting, visualization, and stakeholder engagement than on routine data validation and report maintenance. Candidates with Power BI or Tableau experience, healthcare analytics backgrounds, and a passion for data storytelling will be especially successful in this role. This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexibility while maintaining collaboration with team members aligned to Arizona business hours.
