Job summary

Stepful is seeking a hands-on Clinical Operations Lead to coordinate pre-launch activities, onboard coordinators, and ensure materials are ready for rollout across partner sites.

The role emphasizes student support, building trust with cohorts, and serving as the main liaison with preceptors, driving evaluations and timely check-ins. Travel is approximately 50%+.

Qualifications

• Clinical fluency with CST/NCCT TS-C or OR experience.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50%+.

Who We're Looking For:

• Clinical fluency (CST or NCCT TS-C, or OR experience) with strong stakeholder communication.
• Process and operational management skills, comfort with autonomy, and willingness to travel 50%+.
• Bonus: EdTech experience, healthcare training, or dual certification.
