Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is recruiting a full-time Clinical Assistant or Clinical Associate Professor for the Immunotherapy (IMTX) and Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) Programs. The appointment supports an 80:20 split between clinical service and academic pursuits.

The position is jointly recruited with the University of Washington and will have a primary appointment in Fred Hutch’s Clinical Research Division, with an academic appointment at UW commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required with board certification in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology.
• Fellowship training and active medical licensure eligibility in WA.
• Experience in hematopoietic cell transplantation and/or cellular immunotherapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee clinical care for transplantation/immunotherapy patients.
• Engage in clinical and translational research within Fred Hutch and UW.
• Supervise trainees during outpatient and inpatient care and oversee trial enrollment.
