Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5–7 years IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience managing projects with clinical imaging solutions (Radiology, Cardiology, PACS) and imaging dictation overlays.
  • Familiarity with EMR platforms and ServiceNow PPM; PMI certification is a plus.

# Clinical Imaging Project ManagerApply**Job#: 3044232****Job Description:****Clinical Imaging Project Manager****Location:** St. Louis, Missouri (Remote) **Role Overview**The Clinical Imaging Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates IT and clinical imaging projects across radiology, cardiology, and enterprise imaging environments. This role drives projects forward to meet defined scope, timelines, and budgets. The Project Manager partners with clinical, technical, vendor, and leadership stakeholders to implement, upgrade, and support imaging systems integrated with EMRs. **Key Responsibilities*** Plan, direct, and coordinate projects involving clinical imaging systems, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.* Drive multiple concurrent projects through all lifecycle phases from initiation to close.* Review project plans and coordinate activities to ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.* Develop, maintain, and manage project deliverables including project charters, schedules, RACI matrices, communication plans, test plans, and risk and issue logs.* Use ServiceNow (PPM) for end-to-end project management, including maintaining records, managing resource plans, and tracking risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables.* Manage project documentation using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.* Create, monitor, and manage project budgets and financials.* Report project status, risks, and performance to leadership and senior stakeholders.* Consult with users, management, vendors, and technical teams to assess computing and system requirements.* Schedule and facilitate project meetings, work sessions, testing sessions, and status reviews.**Required Qualifications****Education:** A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is required. **Experience:** 5–7 years of IT project management experience is required, with a minimum of 3 years in a healthcare environment. Demonstrated experience managing projects with clinical imaging solutions (Radiology, Cardiology, PACS), PACS implementations or upgrades, and imaging dictation system overlays is necessary. **Technical Skills:** Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software; production processes and quality control; business and management principles; and programming and database technologies such as Visual Basic, Java, or SQL as applicable to project oversight. **Preferred Qualifications*** Experience with EMR platforms such as Meditech, Cerner, or Epic.* Experience with ServiceNow PPM and Google Office tools.* PMP, PMI certification, or equivalent experience.
