Job summary

Cochlear Limited is seeking a Clinical Territory Manager I to support the Central Plains territory, covering Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota. You will provide clinical, technical, and surgical support while educating surgeons, audiologists, and operating room teams to grow Cochlear’s implant and bone conduction solutions.

You will develop sales capabilities, build relationships, and contribute to annual sales goals, with travel required up to 60% and a valid driver's license essential.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Au.D required.
• 1–2 years Cochlear ACTM experience and/or 1–2 years hearing-healthcare sales experience.
• Must be willing to travel up to 60%, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, technical, and surgical support for Cochlear's cochlear implant and bone conduction portfolio.
• Educate and support surgeons, audiologists, operating room teams, and other hearing-healthcare professionals through training, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted clinical and business partner in the territory.
• Support territory sales objectives by identifying opportunities and understanding customer needs.
