Join the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) team! We are seeking a Clinical Guidelines Manager. This position works closely with expert task forces, writing committees, and multidisciplinary panels composed of dentists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate brings strong project management, communication, and evidence synthesis skills to ensure that all guideline development activities align with organizational standards, timelines, and methodological best practices. The AADSM’s small office provides growth opportunity for individuals with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
Conveniently located off of I-355 and I-88 in Lisle (south of the Morton Arboretum). We have a business casual work environment, a hybrid work schedule with up to two work-from-home days a week, and a multitude of benefits including medical, vision, dental, life and disability insurance; a generous retirement plan; and a competitive PTO program. Salary for this position ranges between $78,000-82,000 per year.
