Job summary

AHNHealthcare@Home in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Clinical Field Staff Supervisor to provide supervision and direction for field clinicians and ensure high-quality patient care. This full-time role blends field and office work with a hybrid schedule.

You will manage PODs Clinical Field Staff, set objectives, monitor performance, and coordinate with sales on referral sources. Preference for RN with home health/management experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher.
• Home Health (2+ years).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL).
• One of the following licenses/certifications: AHA BLS or AHA ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction for field staff and act as liaison between field and office staff.
• Direct management of the PODs Clinical Field Staff, assigning tasks and establishing measurable objectives.
• Develop and engage PODs Clinical Field Staff by fostering a motivating work environment that recognizes performance.
• Monitor clinicians via HCHB reports and update Clinical Records as related to communications, orders, re-hospitalizations, conflicts, etc.
• Evaluate customer concerns, including documentation and resolution.
• Communicate with sales personnel regarding customer issues that may affect referral source relationships.
• Evaluate client episodes to determine discharge vs recertification and initiation of orders as appropriate.
• Review staff schedules for productivity and provide weekly projections to Clinical Manager.

In this role, you will provide supervision and direction for field staff, manage clinical field staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. We are looking for compassionate individuals with experience as a Registered Nurse in home care and management experience. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule and remote work opportunities.

• Provide supervision and direction for field staff and act as liaison between field and office staff.
• Responsible for direct management of the PODs Clinical Field Staff, assigning tasks and objectives, and establishing clear measurables for monitoring results versus objectives.
• Responsible for the development and engagement of PODs Clinical Field Staff by fostering a motivating work environment that recognizes and rewards strong performance.
• Monitor clinicians via HCHB reports
• Update Clinical Record on an ongoing basis as relates to communications, orders, re-hospitalizations, conflicts, etc.
• Evaluate and address customer concerns, including documentation and resolution.
• Communicate with sales personnel regarding customer issues that arise and may affect referral source relationships.
• Evaluate client episode to determine appropriateness of discharges versus recertification and initiation of orders as appropriate.
• Review staff schedules to assure productivity, communicating with PSC of staff availability, as well as providing Clinical Manager with projected productivity for staff once/week.

Schedule and Shift DetailsHybrid role with some in field and in office time and opportunity for remote work Mon-Fri 8a-5p, rotating weekend/on-call 1-2 per quarter, 2 holidays per year
