Clinical Field Specialist will provide training and support for both Novarad customers and Novarad personnel as well as attend VisAR assisted surgeries and cadaver labs. This position works remotely (if out of UT) and will travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial and continuous training, education and support for clinical center personnel on clinical trial protocol, clinical process, products and features under investigation, and procedures involving those products and features.
- Administer monthly cadaver labs for visiting surgeons and reps.
- Participate in presentations and demonstrations to keep all customers abreast of Novarad products and assist in the education of those customers on the proper clinical usage of company products.
- Attend VisAR assisted surgeries of hospital accounts and perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success.
- Primary resource for clinical support assisting with routine issues relating to troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
- Develop business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences).
- Work with Sales Rep to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals.
- Be responsive to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
- Manage and provide technical support for clinical trial activity within assigned.
- On-call duties may be required 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

- An entry level professional. General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts, procedures, and practices. Interprets company policies and procedures to resolve issues. Beginning knowledge of industry practices and standards.
- Applies professional concepts and company policies and procedures, analyzes data or situations, and exercises judgment to recommend solutions to solve problems. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be obtained.
- Plans, organizes, and prioritizes the own daily work routine to meet the established schedule with guidance from manager.
- Receives general supervision. Makes recommendations which may be reviewed by manager. May exercise authority within limits. May seek guidance in resolving problems.
- Begins establishing and cultivating internal business relationships to facilitate completion of tasks. May participate in project teams.
- Participates in the completion of departmental projects and goals.
Who We're Looking For:
Skills/Competencies
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical aspects of complex products and services.
- Exceptional organizational and presentation skills as well as the ability to multi-task
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical engineering or other health area.
- 1-3 years of of work experience in a surgery field or with surgical products.
- The ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
