Sentara Health is seeking a Clinical Exercise Specialist I for a part-time day shift in Hampton, VA. Under the direction of licensed clinicians, you will provide supervised exercise and health education to patients in a safe, professional environment.

The role includes administering therapy treatments under supervision, and delivering age-appropriate education to clients and caregivers. A bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Health Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Recreational Therapy, Physical Education or Masters in Athletic Training with a concentration in exercise science required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality exercise and health education for patients in a safe, pleasant, and professional atmosphere.
• Administer therapy treatments under the direct supervision of therapists/providers.
• Deliver age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
