Qualifications

Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology or a related field.
Record of teaching, research, and service commensurate with rank.
Extramural funding track record or strong potential.
Strong scholarly productivity with peer-reviewed publications.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Postdoctoral training.
ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a nationally/internationally recognized research program.
Recruit, mentor, and guide graduate students.
Conduct high-impact research in cardiometabolic health, aging, and related areas.
Establish collaborations with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams.
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses.
Contribute to department, college, and university service.
Engage in community outreach activities.
