Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a cardiac rehabilitation professional to deliver Phase 1 education and ambulation in a hospital setting. You will lead new patient orientation, assess needs, and develop individualized treatment plans.

You will collaborate with the care team, act as case manager for several patients, and monitor rehab sessions including vital signs. Documentation of patient status and exercise response is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology or related field required.
• Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology preferred.
• Certification through ACSM or AACVPR within 3 years if no Master's.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS preferred.
• Interpretive/analytical skills.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Windows software knowledge (Office).
