Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Autonomously facilitates and operationalizes projects to achieve departmental and organizational goals, considering stakeholders.
• Independently standardizes processes, communications, and tracking methods for ongoing project planning and improvement.
• Creates structure from ambiguous and numerous sources of information.
• Develops and leads a project management plan including scope identification, budget planning and fiscal accountability, and ongoing communication with team members.
• Independently prepares written documents, delegates tasks as necessary, and monitors progress.
• Interfaces and collaborates with key stakeholders throughout the hospital in project development, planning, and execution.
• Assesses the need for disseminating and retrieving pertinent information and communicates across organizational levels.
• Compiles and synthesizes data, analyzes outcomes, and prepares reports for process and outcome reviews.
