Providence Health & Services is seeking a Clinical Ethics Fellow to join our Oregon region team. The role focuses on clinical ethics consultations, ethics education, and research, collaborating with the Director and Ethics Faculty to advance ethics practice system-wide.

The position is full-time, day hours, on-site, with opportunities in education and quality improvement across Providence facilities in Oregon and beyond. A strong background in bioethics and healthcare ethics is required.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Bioethics or a related field with significant coursework in ethics.
• PhD in Bioethics, Moral Philosophy, Moral Theology, or related clinical concentration preferred; HECC designation within 1 year is desirable.
• 1 year of supervised clinical ethics experience in a Catholic or faith-based health care setting, and at least 1 year in a health care setting.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical ethics consultations and education.
• Engage in research and scholarship related to clinical ethics.
• Support organizational ethics initiatives and committees within the Providence system.
