Agiliti Health, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Biomedical Services Supervisor to lead an onsite team of Biomedical Equipment Technicians, oversee repairs, PMs, and calibrations, and ensure equipment safety and reliability for patient care.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate workflow, and partner with hospital leadership to drive operational excellence while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or Electronics Technology required.
• 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a healthcare environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills across medical devices.
• Experience mentoring, training, or leading technicians.
• Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership

• Supervise, coach, and develop Biomedical Equipment Technicians
• Provide technical guidance and support on repairs, PMs, and troubleshooting

What You'll Bring

Required

• Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics Technology, or equivalent technical training
• 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a healthcare environment
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills across a variety of medical devices
• Experience mentoring, training, or leading technicians
• Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements

Preferred

• CBET certification
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience
• Experience supporting clinical engineering operations in a hospital setting
