Job summary

TRIMEDX is seeking a senior clinical engineering leader to oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance. You will coach leaders, translate metrics into actionable improvements, and partner with hospital executives to ensure readiness for inspections.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical engineering leadership, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and strong financial management skills. Experience with TRIMEDX Leadership Program waivers is considered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Financial management skills, including budgets, revenue, and costs.
• Certifications such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES or CCE preferred; TRIMEDX Leadership program waivers may apply.
