Job summary

Trimedx in New Orleans, LA seeks a Clinical Engineering Site Manager who will own the operation, budgets, and performance across sites. You’ll build and coach a team, translate metrics into action, ensure uptime, compliance, and readiness for inspections, and own outcomes—financial, operational, and human.

You’ll lead with executives and technicians alike, shaping strategy and execution in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs).
• Technical certifications preferred (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE).
