The ideal candidate will conduct risk assessments, configure devices per standards, and lead vulnerability remediation while coordinating with manufacturers and hospital IT teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant functional experience.
• Biomedical/clinical engineering experience or hands-on medical device work.
• Healthcare cybersecurity experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST/ISO) and healthcare regulations (FDA/HIPAA/Joint Commission).

Aufgaben

• Lead collection of cyber data elements and manufacturer documentation in CMMS systems.
• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments for medical devices based on asset information and guidance.
• Configure medical devices per cybersecurity standards and manufacturer requirements.
• Lead vulnerability remediation, including patching and responses to zero-day threats.
• Coordinate cybersecurity activities with device manufacturers and healthcare IT teams.
• Investigate cybersecurity alerts on devices and analyze high-risk vulnerabilities.
• Develop remediation recommendations and support testing of network segmentation controls.
• Track remediation activities and cybersecurity metrics in coordination with IT.
• Maintain cybersecurity asset data and documentation in CMMS.
• Identify opportunities to improve cybersecurity practices across HTM and IT teams.
