• Provides just-in-time training on clinical practice.
• Facilitates preceptor training and competencies.
• Conducts educational gap analysis.
• Mentors nurse and patient care technician residents.
• Collaborates with clinical leaders on departmental goals.
• Delivers educational programs formally and informally.
• Performs staffing shift biweekly.
