Role Overview:

The Clinical Educator RN in CVICU is responsible for developing and implementing educational activities to promote and sustain high standards of patient care within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver educational programs, enhance clinical skills, and support staff development to improve patient outcomes and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a BSN or higher
• Current Texas RN license
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire
• Preferred: Master's degree in nursing, at least two years of management or teaching experience, and five years of acute care clinical experience
• Familiarity with hospital disciplines and organizational functions is advantageous
