Mindray DS USA, Inc. is seeking a Perioperative Clinical Educator to provide post-sale product and clinical support to customers. This role is essential in ensuring successful product implementation and education for our perioperative and life support solutions in hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) nationwide.

In this role, you will play a key part in training customers, supporting product installations, and enhancing the clinical use of our solutions in Pre-Op, Operating Room, and PACU environments.
Responsibilities:- Conduct in-servicing and training for the full line of perioperative and life support products, ensuring customers are equipped to use our solutions effectively.
- Support installations by assisting the CARE and sales teams in product setup and transfer into operating room environments.
- Provide clinical expertise during the implementation of anesthesia systems and patient monitoring, ensuring proper configuration and customer alignment.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve by identifying and addressing product, education, and hospital-related issues.
- Maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and virtual support to enhance continued education and product utilization.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including technical support, service, marketing, and sales.
Qualifications:- RT, RN, or similar clinical degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in product applications and implementation, specifically in ventilation and monitoring within perioperative settings.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively train diverse clinical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule with flexibility.
- Technical proficiency in anesthesia systems, patient monitoring, and perioperative workflows.
- Willingness to travel up to 80 percent with 3-4 overnight trips per week.
- Must reside within 40 miles of a major airport.
