Job Description:

Our RN Clinical Educators have a unique opportunity to leverage their clinical nursing expertise outside of direct patient care, while continuing to collaborate with healthcare professionals and advocate for patient well-being through medical device technology.

You will be responsible for training and educating Registered Nurses and Physicians on infusion pump medical devices, sets outside the pump, and connectors, primarily used in critical care and oncology units.

Your primary focus will be on in-servicing and education; there are no sales responsibilities or bedside care involved. We seek candidates interested in expanding their skills in clinical education. This is a per-diem position requiring travel and flexibility to accommodate your current schedule.

Additional details:

• Minimum availability of 2 weeks per month required.
• Travel regionally and nationally to support customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff for medical device implementations.
• Assess customer-specific educational needs and collaborate to deliver effective training.
• Use your clinical nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns regarding the medical devices.
• Provide updates, reports, and feedback to clients during and after training sessions.

Job Requirements:

• BSN required.
• RN license required.
• At least 2+ years of ICU, Oncology, ER, or critical care experience within the past 5 years.
• Leadership experience (e.g., manager, educator, preceptor) is helpful but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with basic software programs.
• Experience with IV pumps is desirable but not required.
• Super-user or pump education experience is a plus but not required.
• Intermediate computer skills are required.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate strong professional skills.

The potential base pay range is $37.00-$39.00 per hour, varying based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may also be offered.
