Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering staff education programs.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop annual plans.
• Capable of coordinating on-site and remote learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements annual training plans for staff.
• Provides on-site education and training.
• Maintains training records and validates competency.
• Schedules post-case debriefings and evaluates training outcomes.
• Collaborates with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Development leadership.
• Attends meetings and conferences related to organ recovery.
