Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Current CA RN license required.
Responsibilities
- Assess educational needs and develop/implement/evaluate educational programs.
- Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Specialists and management to create competency-based programs and mentorship.
- Facilitate orientation for new staff and serve as mentor to preceptors and staff.
- Participate in quality/process improvement activities and apply evidence to education.
- Lead change processes and contribute to organizational goals in Palomar Health.
