Qualifications

• 5 Years related clinical experience.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider - REQUIRED
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing - REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe, clean working environment and infection control requirements.
• Educational Development and Training of Staff: design and develop educational content for nursing staff.
• Develop and update training modules on advanced technologies, best practices, and patient safety protocols.
• Provide classroom and hands-on training for staff, students and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate all new hire orientation and ensure annual competencies.
• Conduct program evaluations to measure learning impact and outcomes.
• Assess learners’ progress and revise orientation and education as needed.
• Instruct and provide in-service education for new products and equipment.
• Support house-wide educational initiatives as needed.
• Implementation of Performance Improvement and Quality Initiatives: serve on committees and lead quality programs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes with stakeholders.
• Safety and Compliance: promote safety and infection control standards and ensure aligned with best practices.
• Documentation: expert EHR documentation and teach EHR classes.
• Patient Care: model best practices and participate in emergency codes as needed.
