Job summary

BJC Healthcare is hiring a Nurse Education professional to lead and implement staff education and professional development activities that improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate with clinical teams to design, deliver, and evaluate education programs across departments.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with a Bachelor’s in Nursing and 2–5 years of experience, with a passion for continuous learning and quality improvement in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required across the state.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates educational programs for clinical and non-clinical areas.
• Collaborates with staff and external partners to develop training and professional development opportunities.
