Job summary

Olympic Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Educator to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate educational programs in collaboration with the Director of Education.

The role involves participating in organizational educational needs assessments and quality improvement activities, and working with department managers in a consultative capacity to advance education and competency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Three years continuous nursing experience, with Medical/Surgical or Critical Care experience strongly preferred.
• Previous teaching or staff development experience strongly preferred.

Job Description

EDUCATION

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Experience

LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS

• Current Washington State RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
