  • Be the first point of impact: Help patients and caregivers with empathy and confidence—listen actively, uncover concerns, and deliver clear, actionable guidance using trusted resources.
  • Turn questions into clarity: Address inquiries about unique or non-standard device use with accurate, easy-to-understand information, and when needed, connect callers to their prescribing clinician or curated educational materials.
  • Navigate with precision: Quickly distinguish between administrative and clinical needs, ensuring seamless handoffs to the right experts—whether Customer Care, Clinical Operations, or Medical Directors.
  • Capture the details: Document conversations and next steps in the CRM with accuracy and insight, creating a record that drives quality care and continuous improvement.

  • Share feedback to improve scripts, educational materials, and workflows; support pilots and rollouts for new processes.
Safety Awareness & Escalation
  • Recognize red flags in compliance and potential safety issues; escalate promptly to the appropriate clinical leaders or medical directors.
  • Support follow-through on urgent issues to ensure timely resolution for patients and providers.
