Beaufort Memorial Hospital is seeking a Clinical Resource Coordinator to implement and advance the education program for hospital staff. The role collaborates across departments to meet education goals and improve patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities include data tracking, committee participation, and developing training initiatives. A SC license is preferred and a bachelor’s or master’s degree is desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years clinical experience required.
• Previous teaching experience preferred or proven ability to prepare, organize, and present course content and classroom instruction.

Responsibilities

• Implements the education program goals and objectives for BMH personnel.
• Maintains data to measure participation and trends.
• Participates on hospital committees.
• Assist with development, implementation and evaluation of education programs within the department.
• Establishes professional rapport and works to meet needs with all Department Heads and staff.
