Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Educator, Clinical Engagement in Austin, TX to deploy on-site educational programs at client Training Centers.

You will work with leadership to uphold training policies and engage in ongoing learning through anatomy labs and hands-on training. The role requires 3–5 years of facial injectable clinical experience and a clinical education background, with readiness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current, unencumbered NP/PA/RN license with preference for CA, GA, TX.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience with facial injectables required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a clinical education role preferred.
• Ability to deliver educational presentations to customers, peers, and prospects with measurable results.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Analytical, organizational, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of FDA and regulatory statutes related to the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Execute training strategies for facial training sessions.
• Deliver presentations and clinical training during programs.
• Assess and optimize clinical workflows for efficiency improvements.
• Travel to support clinical HCP educational engagement programs.
• Collaborate with leadership and supervisors to monitor and report activities.
• Participate in ongoing clinical training such as anatomy labs.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Environmental Health, Safety, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to meet guidelines.
• Promote a safety-conscious work environment and maintain housekeeping.
• Assist with developing clinical content to optimize curricula.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
