Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Current, unencumbered NP/PA/RN license, with a strong preference for licensure within CA, GA, TX.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience with facial injectables is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical education role is preferred.
• Ability to deliver educational presentations to customers, peers, and prospects, with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Execute training strategies for facial training sessions.
• Deliver presentations and clinical training during training programs.
• Assess and optimize clinical workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Travel to support clinical HCP educational engagement training programs.
• Collaborate with leadership and supervisors to monitor and report clinical activities with Training Centers.
• Participate in ongoing job-related clinical training such as anatomy labs.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Environmental Health, Safety, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure guidelines are met.
• Promote a safety-conscious work environment and maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Assist with the development of clinical content for training curricula optimization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
