Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Clinical Education & Quality Manager to own clinical education, competency verification, and quality improvement across EMT through Critical Care Transport RN. The role involves bedside precepting, field training, and program leadership while maintaining active patient care duties.

You will design curricula, verify competencies, audit QA/QI, and feedback into protocol revisions, partnering with the Medical Director to ensure compliance and high standards.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in clinical education, training officer, or clinical staff supervision.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS; NRP and/or TNCC, TCAR within six months of hire.
• ICS-100 and ICS-200 within 90 days of hire.
• WA driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and run new hire orientation across all disciplines.
• Publish monthly training calendars; maintain LMS and course content.
• Write, administer, and score written and practical exams.
• Run the Field Training Officer program and precept in the field.
• Own the QA/QI program and chart review system; trend by clinician and station.
• Standardize the CCT program across stations; supervise staff.
